New York Dolls - Too Much Too Soon (1974)

O New York Dolls foi uma das bandas americanas influenciadoras do movimento punk. Sua formação inicial contou com David Johansen (vocais), Johnny Thunders (guitarra), Sylvain Sylvain (guitarra), Arthur Kane (baixo) e Billy Murcia (bateria). Antes de formar os New York Dolls haviam se apresentado algumas vezes como Actress. Foram uma das primeiras bandas a adotar um visual glittler (andrógino e colorido) como mais uma maneria de chamar atenção.

Too Much Too Soon foi lançado em 1974, tendo Stranded in the Jungle se tornado o grande hit da banda.
